# Credit Card Roll Out

### Challenge

Rearc worked directly with the Consumer Banking division of a large Investment Bank to architect and deploy the first public cloud application for the organization, supporting the launch of a credit card product now used by millions. This was a multi-cloud project leveraging a wide range of technologies.

### Outcome

- Rearc aggregated structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data sets into an AWS-centric data lake connected to a larger firm-wide data platform.
- This infrastructure facilitates nightly ledger reconciliation and aligns to best practice with regards to financial data management, PCI and PII.
- The data platform supports multiple credit card products used by millions and enables analysts at the investment bank to better understand and protect their customers.
